We pride ourselves on our level of service
and customer support and many of our customers have been
with us for many years. However, we are a fast moving and
rapidly expanding business and we know that in order to
achieve our goals we must continue to offer excellent
service levels to each and every one of our customers.
Probably the most rewarding way as a sign
that we are doing the right thing is when a customer refers
someone new to us. And as a way of saying thank you we will
offer you up to £300** when a new support package is taken
out.

Non maintained packages
– we pay £50 on successful sign up and a further £50 when 5
hours of support is purchased.
Maintained packages
– we pay £100 on successful sign up and a further £200 on
the anniversary of the contract. £100 applies to all
maintained packages. We pay £75 for a Bronze package, £125
for a silver and £200 for a gold or platinum H package.
This is paid by way of either a credit note
if you are an existing customer or a cheque.
