We keep a constant vigil on your systems with a PC,
server & network monitoring solution (powered by
Altiris software) that provides our engineers with early
warnings and critical alerts, as well as logs for tracing
faults.
The result is that we can fix issues before they escalate -
preventing your systems from crashing and causing you
valuable downtime.
IT maintenance - keeping your systems healthy
We do regular routine maintenance and servicing on
your computer - just like you would on a car:
